Since this is a rain or shine event, and given that dock space must be reserved well in advance, I understand no refunds are available after I register. Should it be impossible for me to attend the event after I register, I will contact the event organizer and all efforts will be made to find a replacement from the waiting list who might attend in my place and reimburse me at a later date. I understand, however, such a replacement might not be available.

10:00 am Skippers’ meeting at launch ramp

11:00 am All boats launched and underway

3:00-5:00 pm Arrival at Mystic Seaport

6:30 pm Pizza dinner at the docks

Saturday, August 7^th

8:00 am-5:00 pm On your own

5:00-6:00 pm “Open Boat” time

6:00 pm Full group picture by the docks

6:30 pm Dinner on your own

10:00 pm Seaport “all quiet”

Sunday, August 8^th

9:15 am Skippers’ meeting at the docks

9:30 am Boats depart Seaport

2:00-4:00 pm Arrival in Niantic
